與此同時 ， 我們也不能忽略同一腫瘤在東西方國家間的生物學差異 。 我國2019年的一項研究納入了543名胃癌患者 ， 最終發(fā)現(xiàn)是否服用二甲雙胍與胃癌生存沒有關聯(lián)[11] 。 武漢大學中南醫(yī)院的研究人員正在進行一項II期臨床試驗 ， 研究二甲雙胍聯(lián)合維生素C對包括胃癌在內的多種惡性腫瘤預后的影響[14] ， 或許能為我們提供新的證據(jù) 。
僅憑這一項研究就對二甲雙胍治療胃癌的前景感到樂觀 ， 恐怕為時尚早 ， 建議讀者不要盲目嘗試 。 但科學正是在不斷嘗試和探索中進步 ， 或許在不久的將來 ， 有了更多研究證據(jù)的支撐 ， 我們可以看到指南中出現(xiàn)新藥的身影 ， 為人類帶來希望的曙光 。
