真相還是假象？神經所楊輝CELL論文再遭質疑( 四 )



同樣也面臨JCI一文質疑的張康向《知識分子》表示 ， “選擇四月齡甚至更大的rd10小鼠 ， 已經檢測不到感光細胞和視網膜電圖信號 ， 再結合GFAP-CRE追蹤系統 ， 我們認為后形成的感光細胞和功能由穆勒膠質細胞轉化而來” 。

他也同時承認 ， 后期需要完善體內追蹤系統 ， 包括使用更長或全長GFAP啟動子、double cre ， 設置嚴格的對照組 ， 足夠密集的取樣時間點和全面的分析手段 ， 逐級追蹤穆勒膠質細胞向神經細胞的轉化過程 ， 對形成的細胞進行全面的分析 ， 以證明所看到的神經細胞真的由穆勒膠質細胞而來 。

付向東就此也向《知識分子》表示 ， 對于JCI文質疑 ， 他們正設計實驗全面解決AAV泄漏的問題 。

截止發稿時 ， 楊輝沒有回應《知識分子》的電郵詢問 。

“我相信如此拉風的研究一定會有人重復 ， 只有重復才能做出最終的判斷 。 ” 陳功說 。
