看到這里 , 是不是覺得只有地中海飲食才能保健康?大可不必這樣想!不是地中海飲食同樣可以很健康 。 吃飯該怎么吃并沒有一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案 。 如果你心臟不好 , 又不喜歡地中海飲食 , 那么得舒飲食或者Ornish飲食也是不錯的選擇;如果你有糖尿病 , 試試彈性素食飲食也不錯 。榜單上的飲食五花八門 , 但健康的飲食往往萬變不離其宗——大量的蔬菜、水果和全谷類食品能夠為人體的正常運轉(zhuǎn)提供足夠的熱量 , 少量的瘦蛋白、脫脂乳制品和健康的脂肪其實也就能夠滿足日常的需求 。 嘴巴真的饞了 , 偶爾獎勵自己一點點小零食其實也無傷大雅 。 不過 , 千萬不要忘了你餐桌上的主旋律應(yīng)該始終是那些最少加工的食物 。
